我自己也遇到了这个问题。给出的建议确实解决了问题的某些方面，但还有另一个问题被忽视了，主要是由于Windows路径名和其他操作系统(如Linux)之间的差异。我在两台不同的计算机上使用springapp教程，无法使构建文件在一台机器上正确工作，即使我在IDE中以相同的方式设置它们。事实证明，这个问题有两种可能;ANT和Tomcat服务器的路径和位置，以及eclipse或IDE工作空间的路径和位置。
Windows有默认的安装位置，有时包含带空格的文件夹名。如果您在命令行中工作，您可以简单地将路径名称用单引号括起来，这样就完成了。但是，我发现在没有任何空格的文件夹中设置工作区更容易，对于ANT和Tomcat也是如此。尽量不要在Program Files文件夹中使用默认安装的Apache产品，将它们放在C:驱动器的某个地方，对IDE工作空间做同样的事情，当IDE试图解决类路径时，您将不会有那么多问题。
尝试使用正斜杠代替反斜杠，即C:/program files/..检查一下。我在其他文件夹中下载并解压缩了apache，它在更改斜杠后为我工作(至少不是它给出了不同的错误，更多的是与一些tomcat文件不可用有关)。在你的结尾也试一试
