看起来您正在尝试使用Unix套接字进行连接。根据您的Postgres安装，套接字可能是在/tmp而不是/var/run/Postgres中创建的。我也遇到过同样的问题，这里已经讨论过了。

尝试将pgbouncer.ini配置更改为：

unix_socket_dir = /tmp

您也可以尝试通过添加-h来连接到localhost，如下所示：

对我来说，问题似乎是在配置文件的[databases]部分中定义数据库时；我不能使用host=127.0.0.1或host=localhost，但我必须使用实际的IP host=192.168.0.1。这可能是由于配置错误的postgresqlpg_hba.conf文件，但我找不到让它与本地IP一起工作的方法。
