to

self.pub_jwk = jwk.JWK.import_from_pem(self, data=self.pubkeystr.encode('UTF-8'), password=None)
self.priv_jwk = jwk.JWK.import_from_pem(self, data=self.privkeystr.encode('UTF-8'), password=None)

应该解决问题。
