这似乎是Azure中与Azure Active Directory名称中的Unicode字符有关的错误。我可以通过在目录名中添加"ó"字符来重现这个错误。

作为临时解决方法，请尝试从Azure管理门户中的目录名中删除Unicode字符。请注意，这些更改可能需要一些时间。

可以手动部署webadmin，但我们还没有相应的文档。
