电子邮件字段未保存在管理网站中

当我在django 2.1中尝试以下代码时，电子邮件字段没有保存在管理网站中。只有用户名在保存。我可以在自定义表单中创建电子邮件字段。所以有人能帮我解决这个问题吗。提前感谢
