d3-搜索树并突出显示d3 v5的节点和路径



我一直在d3v3.5中使用Patrick Brockmann的CollapsibleTree Search。搜索函数用树的叶子填充Select2,然后可以用来查找叶子并用红色突出显示叶子节点的路径。

我现在正试图让它与d3v5一起工作。

我可以让Select2填充OK,但在Select2中选择一个叶子会打开树中的所有叶子,在进行选择时不会出现突出显示。

函数searchTree()似乎工作不正常。特别地,根节点没有祖先,但不能控制while循环上的parent !== null。添加此控件后,一切似乎都正常工作。正确的功能变为:
