我发现了答案。就像我在iPad上的WiFi设置一样简单，我们的公司代理服务器定义了。由于这个网络，正在阻止.IPA文件的下载。因此，如果我使用相同的URL并将其放在桌面浏览器上，我可以看到它被阻止了。关闭代理解决问题！
