Android Bitmap.decodeStream return null

Question

我试图在我的应用程序中显示图像，但是当我在某些情况下面对OutOfMemory Exception时，我决定使用inJustDecodeBounds来缩放位图。但是当我使用这个代码解码流返回null。知道为什么吗?
