Google Assistant 不支持推送消息，因此当用户选择某些内容时，您需要使用 Fcm/GCM 从您的履行中发送推送消息。这意味着您需要在应用程序中实现推送消息，您需要帐户链接和 oauth2 服务器。至少目前有很多工作要做。
