QT qScriptConnect is not working

qScriptConnect(edit, SIGNAL(textChanged(QString)), QScriptValue(), handler);
edit->show();

qScriptConnect(edit, SIGNAL(textChanged(QString)), QScriptValue(), handler)不起作用,但是当我使用handler.call(QScriptValue(),args)时它运行良好;
