我认为问题可能是因为coffee-rails宝石未正确加载。由于这是一个 Rails 3.2 应用程序，您的 Gemfile 可能会在assets组中列出coffee-rails gem。在 Rails 4 中，他们删除了assets组，因此，如果coffee-rails gem 位于assets组中，而rails_12factor gem 假设它不是，那么这可能是问题所在。
