As $_FILES 包含通过 HTTP POST 方法上传到当前脚本的项目的关联数组。

将$_POST['fileToUpload']更改为$_FILES['fileToUpload']

使用 $_FILES['fileToUpload']['name'] 将文件名存储到数据库中
