好吧，我已经解决了这个问题，希望其他人会对此感兴趣。

上面的configure标志不太正确。正确的配置命令是（需要-m32）：

/configure-host=i386 apple darwin CFLAGS='-arch i386-m32'LDFLAGS='-aarch i386-m22'

这将正确编译。仅供参考，为了编译32位libgcrypt库，您需要32位版本的libgpg错误。

编译了这些库的32位版本后，我使用lipo混合了32位和64位版本，这样32位程序和64位程序都可以访问这些库。
