AcquireTokenByAuthorizationCodeAsync does not complete

当我使用result而不是使用await关键字调用AcquireTokenByAuthorizationCodeAsync时，我遇到了这个问题，并且所有这些代码都在 MVC 的异步控制器中。

如果处于同一方案中，可以通过两种方式解决此问题：

1.始终使用async，await像下面的代码：
