以前，我没有想过是否需要将spring标志的位置放在jar文件名之前，但似乎是这样。在Windows Powershell中，我还需要用双引号("(包装整个标志及其属性，因此它变成：

java -jar "-Dspring.config.location=file:./app.properties" .fatjarapp-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

它和以前一样正常、成功地运行。
