由于某种原因，coursier试图在core/update任务期间从外部下载util包。这不是我想要的，因为它应该作为项目的一部分在内部解决。该软件包没有添加到libraryDependencies中，所以我很困惑它为什么要尝试下载。上面的示例将失败，因为Azure DevOps凭据和Maven存储库不正确，但它显示了下载util的尝试。

CoursierConfiguration构造函数将interProjectDependencies属性设置为空Vector。要解决此问题，请使用.withResolvers在sbt的csrConfigurationtaskKey上手动添加解析器。
