手动启动Firebase服务

当应用程序启动时，firebase服务会自动启动。如果设备没有互联网连接，那么我就无法接收令牌。如果我打开数据或wifi，firebase不会发送令牌
我的问题是：应用程序启动后，如何手动启动firebase服务？(我不希望firebase服务在启动应用程序时启动！！(
