/dev/ttyS0的错误是因为inittab为正在运行的(模拟的(硬件的串行端口指定了错误的设备名称。QEMU命令指定了'versatilepb'板，其串行设备为PL011，它们显示在/dev/as/dev/ttyAMA0、/dev/ttyAAMA1中，等等。(/dev/ttyS0是x86 PC上串行端口的显示形式。(您需要修复inittab的那一行，以引用ttyAMA0。
