有同样的问题

schema_migrations表被清理，因为其中一个迁移文件中有一些高级功能，db/schema.rb

不支持这些功能。解决方案是开始使用sql格式

1. inapplication.rbaddconfig.active_record.schema_format = :sql
2. 运行dev server和rails将为您创建db/structure.sql
3. 删除模式。
