所以，没有找到答案，我花了两天时间编写了一些PHP代码来为我完成这项工作。代码是不完整的，例如，它假设唯一的生产模块将是angular和angular-ui-router，因为我不需要任何更复杂的项目。但是，创建package-lock.json文件的精确副本已经足够好了，因为它不能解析找不到的包的版本。
