Heroku deployment Typescript

首先，Heroku剥离了开发依赖关系——这就是为什么您的部署不起作用。你可以把所有的东西都转移到依赖项来解决这个问题，但我真的不建议这样做

您应该从start命令中删除nodemon并使用node index.js。但要实现这一点，您需要将typescript编译为javascript。您可以使用tsc命令执行此操作。

综上所述，您需要：

1. 创建一个运行tsc的构建命令
