Python即使添加到PATH后也无法工作

行CCD_ 1不执行任何操作，而行python打开窗口存储。我已经在安装python的过程中添加到了PATH中。

Python版本：3.8.5操作系统：Windows 10 2002

命令已更改为仅py而非python
