您的URL有缺陷。两种选择：

1. Use Http.PostAsync("/Contact", stringContent); //no /SendMessage

或

2. 在控制器中，使用[HttpPost("SendMessage")]

以及来自代码评审的一些无关建议：

• 不要使用.Result：

//var resultContent = response.Content.ReadAsStringAsync().Result;
var resultContent = await response.Content.ReadAsStringAsync();

• 考虑System.Text.Json而不是Newtonsoft。

• 当您使用Http.PostAsJsonAsync(...)时，您可以一次性解决这两个问题。
