Xcode 11.2.1意外退出

Question

Xcode在我连接iphone 7plus并打开devices and simulators时意外退出。我想在实体iphone上测试我的应用程序。该应用程序在模拟器上运行良好，如果我在没有连接iphone的情况下打开devices and simulators，则不会发生任何事情。我不知道为什么会发生这种事。我应该尝试更新MacOs和xcode吗？请帮忙！
