从错误消息中的conda url来看，OP似乎正在使用Windows。Sage不支持通过conda在windows上安装:

SageMath可以在Linux上从conda-forge安装和macOS运行当前大多数台式机和笔记本电脑使用的x86-64。

如果你查看https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/sage/files上的sage文件，只列出了macOS和linux包。
