好吧，我通过使用conda包管理器而不是pip来解决这个问题。Conda使用的是3.8.5版本的python，而3.9版本则用于我的pip管理器。我不太确定不兼容的问题是由于pip本身，还是因为它使用的是python 3.9版本。下载图形macOS安装程序后的任何方式：
conda install pytorch torchvision torchaudio -c pytorch
这应该会成功安装PyTorch！
只需要将最后一个更改为pip3安装火炬
