SQLAlchemy / Alembic想要删除并重新创建外键索引

Alembic、SQLAlchemy和Python的新手。我已经到了Alembic将数据库中现有的对象与我创建的声明性类进行比较的地步，并且有一个讨厌的索引(用于外键(Alembic拒绝在我的初始迁移中保留。
