在RxList上使用.assignAll方法触发UI更新：

Future<void> callEmployeeCheckInOutList(String id) async {
final result = await EmployeeService.employeeCheckInOutFuture(docId: id);
_employeeCheckInOutList.assignAll(result);
}

使用Rx时，您不需要调用update()。
