使用自定义html表单在wordpress中的自定义文章类型中创建条目

Question

我有一个html表单，我想将提交的表单数据保存到wordpress自定义帖子类型，并发送一封电子邮件，我希望所有提交的表单字段都能自动提取，而不是随着字段在许多不同表单中的变化而手动添加到代码中。

我不想使用任何插件，因为所有的表单都非常复杂，而且我包含唯一的字段类型。
