电报机器人识别url

Question

我正在创建我的第一个Telegram bot。我希望机器人过滤文本只寻找url，并触发时发现。

例如，如果有人输入聊天"www.google.com"，我希望机器人将其识别为URL，然后执行X操作。我试着过滤单词来得到一个确切的URL，但是我做错了。
