VueJS+TypeScript装饰器问题

我在使用vue-cli创建新应用程序时遇到了一个奇怪的问题：HelloWorld组件的decorator出错。我没有接触任何东西，所有的代码和配置都来自vue-cli。

错误如下：

我找到了这个变通方法：

但我想使用decorator，生成的伪项目出现错误是不正常的。

尝试从Vue导入Vue。。。类似：

@Component
export default class HelloWorld extends Vue {
@Prop() private msg!: string;
}
