除了错误值的问题之外，netFrameworkVersion也在错误的部分，在属性而不是属性中->siteconfig。像这样的东西应该会帮你解决问题：

前面提到的参数设置对我来说并不合适。ARM模板的验证一直在抱怨netFrameworkVersion的值必须为null。把它改成defaultValue让我通过了。
