我使用的是Linux，我已经尝试过sudo pip3 install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel，并再次尝试安装dotenv，但没有成功。我也试过sudo easy_install -U setuptools，但也没用。我还试着安装了另一个模块，它起作用了，但对dotenv不起作用。
哦，这是因为包被称为python-dotenv而不是dotenv。
