去Apple developer下载Xcode的命令行工具。请与Xcode的版本匹配。完成后再安装

- brew install——build-from-source gettext
- brew install——build-from-source pcre2 brew install——build-from-source git
注意:运行这些需要一段时间，不要关闭。
之后我运行brew医生，无效MacOS 10.14的错误消失了。
