经过多次尝试和错误，我发现我误解了detect.test.connection=true参数。它没有在扫描之前测试与blackduck的连接(这是我的理解(，而是将detect设置为一种dryrun，这样它就不会执行和检测等。因此，省略参数解决了我的问题。
