Azure cosmosdb模拟器问题

我安装了azure cosmosdb模拟器，当我尝试打开https://localhost:8081/_explorer/index.html时，我在Microsoft edge、中遇到以下错误

This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED*

我删除了AppDataLocalCosmosDBEmulator文件夹中的数据，并尝试从以下命令行启动：

Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Emulator.exe /port=8084 /EnableEndPointDiscovery=false
Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Emulator.exe /NoFirewall 

但仍然没有运气

我通过在命令提示符lodctr/R中运行来重建性能计数器，从而解决了这个问题。我不得不跑两次。我关闭并重新启动了模拟器，现在一切都在工作
