Django cms迁移约束数错误(0)

我一直在遵循Django CMS安装教程，但是在配置Django CMS与Django一起工作时卡住了，在这里:

当我从INSTALLED_APPS中省略"cms"时，迁移成功，默认Django页面显示在我的浏览器中。

然而，当我在INSTALLED_APS中添加"cms"并运行"python management .py migrate"时，迁移失败，如下面的代码所示。

如果数据库是空的，或者在我上面提到的成功迁移之后运行它，都会失败。

我已经改变了INSTALLED_APPS的顺序，但是没有效果。

我已经看了定义"alter_unique_together"在:

site-packages/django/db/backends/schema.py

却不明白是什么在失败
